Sample Itinerary:

Day 1 – Arrival, Hurghada
Arrive in Hurghada and transfer to Heckler, your luxury liveaboard home for the week. You’ll be welcomed by the crew and guided through a full boat orientation and safety briefing. Settle into your cabin, enjoy the elegant surroundings, and finish the evening with a relaxing dinner as we prepare to set sail on your Red Sea adventure.
Day 2 – Dolphin House & Abu Nuhas
As soon as the coast guard clears the boat, we set off for our first check dive at Sha’ab El Erg, also known as Dolphin House, where we’ll keep an eye out for playful dolphins. The adventure continues with a dive on the famous Giannis D wreck, one of Abu Nuhas’ iconic sunken ships. After sunset, enjoy an atmospheric night dive around Abu Nuhas, surrounded by history and vibrant reef life.
Day 3 – Ras Mohammed & Thistlegorm
We begin the day diving in Ras Mohammed National Park, exploring the dramatic reef walls and the famous Shark and Yolanda wrecks. Next, enjoy a dive at Jackfish Alley, known for its caverns and schooling fish. In the afternoon, we navigate toward the legendary Thistlegorm wreck for an unforgettable third dive, followed by an atmospheric night dive on this historic WWII site.
Day 4 – Thistlegorm & Carnatic Wreck
We dedicate the morning to two more dives on the legendary Thistlegorm wreck, giving you time to fully explore its cargo holds, decks, and the incredible history preserved underwater. In the afternoon, we head to the Carnatic wreck, a wooden-hulled steamer that sank in 1869 and is now beautifully covered in coral and marine life. After the dive, we begin our navigation toward the remote Brothers Islands, renowned for exciting pelagic activity and big-animal encounters.
Day 5 – Brothers Islands
Spend the day diving at Little Brother and Big Brother, two of the Red Sea’s most celebrated sites. These remote pinnacles rise dramatically from the depths, attracting grey reef sharks, oceanic whitetips, and the occasional thresher or manta ray. In the late afternoon, we begin our navigation north toward Safaga for the next leg of the journey.
Day 6 – Safaga
Today’s itinerary features some of Safaga’s most iconic dive sites. We begin at the Salem Express, a passenger ferry that tragically sank in 1991 and is now a solemn but important part of Red Sea history. In the afternoon, we move to Panorama Reef, famous for its sweeping walls and colorful corals teeming with life. After sunset, the adventure continues with a night dive at Ras Abu Soma, offering a completely different perspective on the reef’s nocturnal creatures.
Day 7 – Hurghada
Our final day of diving takes us to Small Giftun Island, known for its vibrant coral gardens and abundant marine life, followed by a visit to the unique Hurghada Underwater Museum, where carefully placed sculptures create an artificial reef that is already attracting colorful fish and corals. These relaxed dives are the perfect way to end the safari before returning to port.
Day 8 – Departure Day
After a final breakfast on board, it’s time to say farewell to the crew and your fellow divers. We will arrange comfortable transportation back to Hurghada International Airport or to local hotels for those extending their stay in Egypt.
